Arrival / Departure / Parking

  • We have booked apartments since July 01, what time can we arrive?

As a rule, we are waiting for you after 15:00, as we must prepare your apartment after the previous guests.

  • We arrived, how to find you and who will meet us?

Upon entering the complex, inform the employee that you have arrived at Hasienda Beach Apartments block E2 or call us: +359 895 758 965 we will meet you and transfer you to your apartment.

  • On the last day of our stay, when should we leave the apartment?

We ask you to check out before 11:00, so that we can prepare apartments for the next guests.

  • Do you have parking for a car?

Yes, there is a small paid parking in the complex, it is impossible to reserve a place in advance.
The cost is about 5 Euro (10 lev) per day.
Outside the complex there is free parking.
It is visible from all apartments located in the E2 building.

You can always enter the complex for free to unload / load your luggage.

Residence

  • Can we come with our beloved dog, guinea pig, parrot ...?

Unfortunately, no, according to the rules of the complex, pets are not allowed.

  • Do we need to bring linen, towels, a pot, a frying pan, a kettle… with us?

There is no need. We provide sleeping linen, towels (bath and for hands) as well as the minimum necessary utensils for cooking.

  • Do you have internet, TV, air conditioning?

Yes there is. Wi-Fi internet is available for free. There is a television with a large number of channels, including satellite in different languages ​​and, of course, children's. Air conditioning is in every room.

  • Does the price include meals, bed linen and daily apartment cleaning?

No, meals are not included. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare something for yourself. If you do not want to cook, then you can eat in the restaurant of the complex.

The cost of breakfast is 15 lev, lunch 20 lev, dinner 20 lev or the all-inclusive option 70 lev / day. There are also cafes / restaurants in neighboring complexes and on the beach.

There is no daily cleaning service. The apartments have everything you need for self-cleaning. For longer stays, a change of bed linen is available.

  • Do you have adult and children's pools, children's animation?

Yes there is.
Use of the pool, sunbeds and parasols by the pool is free. Animation is adult and children's.

  • How far are the beach, umbrellas and sunbeds there, how much do they cost?

The complex is located right on the beach, on the first line.
Directly to the beach you need to walk 200 meters through the complex.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are paid extra, about 16 lev for the whole day. But you can always come with your bedding and umbrella; there is a lot of free space, enough for everyone.

  • Where are the nearest grocery store and market and how to get there?

To the Lidl store and the grocery market, they are in Sozopol, about 3 kilometers. You can get on a regular bus for 2 leva or a taxi for 10 lev.
